Who We Are
Deep Blue CPA Limited (深藍會計師有限公司) is a licensed Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (Practising) firm established in 2008. We are registered with the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC) under registration number M0307.
Our partners bring extensive experience from leading international and regional accounting firms, including the Big Four and other major practices, combining world-class audit methodologies with practical local expertise. Our team holds qualifications from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) with deep expertise in Hong Kong and mainland China's regulatory frameworks. We speak fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
We provide comprehensive professional services spanning six core areas: audit and assurance, accounting and bookkeeping, taxation, company formation, corporate services, and notarization.
Our main office is located in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. We also maintain a liaison office in Luohu, Shenzhen to support clients with cross-border operations.
